July 17th 4:30 - 8:30pm
Friday (Discover the ELITE Difference)
4:30 - 4:50pm - Arrival & Check In
4:50 - 5:00pm - Introduction Speech
5:00 - 5:15pm - Elastic band Warm Up (Bands will be provided)
5:15 - 8:15pm - Elite Training Session
8:15 - 8:30pm - Recovery Meal, Presentation, and Q & A
8:30 - 8:40pm - Pick Up & Departure for the day
Water & Gatorade will be provided to all athletes.
Parents please feel free to stay and watch the clinic from the bleachers.

6:00 - 6:30pm - Recovery Meal, Closing Remarks, and Q & A
6:30 - 6:40pm - Elite Awards Ceremony 6:40 - 6:50pm - Raffle of Max Irving Elite Exclusive Gifts 6:60 - 7:00pm - Photo Op w Olympic Bronze Medal & Signatures 7:00 - 7:15pm - Pick up & Departure
Recovery meals will be provided to all athletes granted they are without dietary restrictions. Vegetarian options will be avaliable.
